Cooking time: As Required
Ingredients :
lobia (boiled) 1 cup
yogurt ( unbeaten ) 2cups
oil 1/2 cup
salt to taste
cinnamon 4-5
daar chini 2-3
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1tbsp
badi illaichi 2
Method:
1-In a pan put oil ,yogurt ( not mix n do not stir spoon ) n add salt, cinnamon, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, badi illaichi, daar chini.
cover the pan for 5 minutes.
2-now put lobia n again cover for 5 minutes. for a slow flame.
3-again not mixing the yogurt.
4-after 5 minutes serve it with boiled rice.
