YOGHURT SOUP (CURRY)
Cooking time: As Required
Ingredients :
yoghurt.
water.
basin
red chilli powder.
turmeric.
salt.
green chilli.
oil.
ginger.
garlic.
white zeera.
.sabot lal mirch
curry Pata.
Method:
1.in a pan put yoghurt mix it and then add 2 cup of water and mix and then add 4tsp basin, lal mirch, turmeric, green chilies, salt and then mix them well and cover the pan for 10 minutes. (yoghurt mixture)
*mix it after every 2 min so yoghurt does not boil cook till that time till it becomes thick like milk*
2.after 10 min close the flame of the pan and keep it aside.
3.in another pan put oil and then add lazan, adrak, white zeera, 4 sabot lal mirch, 5 curry pata and then mix it well.
4.when the mixture is little brown then add this to yoghurt mixture and cover it for 2 min and serve hot with rice or naan.
