Spicy Potatoes
Cooking time : 25 Minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
10 Beans cut into long pieces
2 Carrots cut into long pieces
4 Onions cut into long pieces
5 Potatoes cut into long pieces
Tomato sauce , Soya bean sauce
Salt , Pepper
One pinch ajinomoto
Mustard seeds
Oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
1-Fry potatoes and keep aside.
2-After this heat 7-8 tablespoons of oil and put the mustard seeds in it.
3-After they have started bursting, add the onions, carrots and beans.
4-Add salt and pepper and let the vegetables soften.
5-Then add the potatoes and the sauces.
Put it into the serving bowl and garnish.
