Preparation time: 20 mins Ingredients: Cauliflower: 500 gms Potatoes: 250 gms Green peas: 250 gms Onion: 3 Ghee: 2 tb Ghee: For deep frying Curd: 2 tb Coriander seeds: 2 tb Ginger: 1 medium piece Garlic: 12 cloves Kashmiri chillies: 6-8 The Steps: Pre - Preparation : Chop 1 onion and slice 2. Preparation : 1) Grind coriander seeds, ginger, chillies, and garlic into a fine thick paste. 2) Fry the sliced onions in ghee until golden brown in colour. 3) Grind and make a separate paste of it. 4) Cut the vegetables into big pieces. 5) Heat ghee in a vessel and fry the chopped onions for some time and add the chilly paste and fry for 3 to 4 mins. 6) Add the cut vegetables and water for cooking. 7) Cover the vessel with a lid and cook the vegetables till they are soft. 8) Add the onion paste and salt and curd and cook for about 2 minutes. 9) Serve hot with coriander leaves for garnish.
