Safaid Chicken
Cooking Time : 20 Minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken (cut into 8- 10 pieces)
4 nos. Green Chillies (finely chopped)
1 no. Egg (hard boiled)
2 nos. Tomato (finely chopped)
1½ tsp. Curry Powder
4 tbsps. Cashews (powder)
1 cup Vegetable Oil
½ cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 no. Onion (finely chopped)
2 cups Milk
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Boil chicken with chopped tomatoes, green chillies, onion, garam masala powder, salt and two cups of water until tender.
2. In a pan heat oil and fry cashew nut powder until golden brown and add milk and stir well so that
the lumps are not formed.
3-mix the paste into the chicken and stir well and let cook for 5 to 8 minutes and remove from stove and garnish with chopped coriander and sliced hard boiled egg.
