Rice dosa


Cooking time :  25Minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients:
1 cup rice (raw)
½ cup grated coconut
salt to taste
oil for roasting

Method:

1-Wash and soak the rice for 2-3 hours.
2-Then grind it along with the coconut to a fine paste.
3-Add salt and plenty of water to make a thin batter.
4-Grease the pan and heat it. Spread the batter thinly by tilting the pan gently.
5-Roast on one side only.
Serve with chutney, a stew or a seafood dish.
