Refreshing Lassi

Ingredients:
5 c Yogurt
5 ea Cardamom pods(elaichi)
6 tb Sugar
1 tb Rose water(arq e gulab)
1/8 ts Nutmeg
Method:
1-Remove seeds from cardamom pods and crush seeds.
2-Blend 3 cups yogurt, cardamom and sugar in a electric blender.
3-Beat remaining yogurt well in a bowl. Add to contents of blender and mix well.
4-Add rose water to yogurt and mix well. Serve in individual glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
