Rassedar Aloo 

Cooking time : 25 Minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:
5 potatoes, boiled pealed and cubed
2-3 green chillies, chopped
to taste Chilli powder
½ tsp haldi powder
½ tsp amchur powder
¼ tsp soonth
½ tsp jeera
1 pinch of hing
1 bunch of coriander leaves , hopped
4 tbs. Oil
salt and sugar to taste
Method:

1-Heat 3 tbsp oil in kadai Add Jeera when they splutter add hing and green chillies.
2-Then add haldi powder, amchur powder, soonth sugar and salt. Stir and add cubed potatoes. Stir well
3-Add water to make a thin gravy. Let it boil for two minutes
4-Heat a tbsp oil, add chilli powder and immediately pour over the potatoes.
5-Add coriander leaves. Serve hot with puris
