Punjabi Aloo

Ingredients :
potatoes
salt
chat masla
imlee
chopped green
red chiles
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
mint leaves.
Method:
1-Boil potatoes for 20 to 25 mins.
2-Then check them with knife if knife easily comes in n out then cut them in pieces otherwise put them for boiling for few more mins..
3-Then add salt, chat masla, imlee, chopped green & red chillis 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix them ,garnish it with mint leaves.
