Potato vada

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 pinch asafoetida (powder)
½ cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
5 nos. Potato (boiled and mashed)
1 tsp. Red Chilies (powder)
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil for frying
5 nos. Green Chilies (chopped)
3 tbsps. Rice Flour

Method:
1-Add all the ingredients to a fine paste and form in the shape of vadas.
2-Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
3-Serve hot with tomato sauce.
