Nutritive uncooked dahi vada

Cooking time: As Required

Ingredients :


1 packet bread
1 kg yogurt
imlli chutney
hari chutney
pomegranate seeds
salt to taste
sugar as required for sweetness.
a pinch jeera powder
laal mirch powder
coriander leaves for decoration


Method:
1-Lightly dip bread slices in water n squeeze them immediately to make balls.
2-do the same for the rest of the slices n arrange them on a dish. whisk yogurt with sugar n salt in it till smooth. pour the whisked yogurt on the bread 3- balls covering them nicely with the yogurt. pour little imlli chutney. hari chutney along with mirch powder n jeera powder. sprinkle pomegranate seeds
4- lastly decorate with coriander leaves. chilies before serving.
