Namkeen Poori
Cooking time : 20-30 Minutes
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
Better for bread flour (Maida): 2 cups
/var/www/hin or Ajwain seeds: 1 spoon
Salt: to taste
Oil: 2 tbsp
Water for kneading
Oil for frying
Method:
1-Combine flour, salt, /var/www/hin seeds/ ajwain seeds as you wish, and rub oil and mix well.
2-Now add water and make an elastic dough. Pinch out round balls (small).
3-Roll it out into small pooris.
4-Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Place gently the rolled out poori's in oil gently and carefully.
5-Spread oil over poori's so that they swell.
6-Sprinkle black salt or chat masala over it and serve with tea.
