Preparation time: 15 mins Ingredients: Chicken: 1 kg Onion paste: 1 cup Ginger paste: 2 tb Garlic paste: 1 tb Black pepper paste: 2 tb Curd: 1 cup Bay leaves: 2 Clove: 4 - 6 Green cardamom: 4 -5 Cinnamon: 2 Ghee: For frying Salt and sugar: To taste The Steps: Preparation : 1) Mix the chicken with the paste, curd, bay leaves, sugar, and salt. 2) Pressure-cook this mixture. 3) After the chicken pieces are boiled, remove them from the gravy and deep-fry till golden brown. 4) In the remaining ghee, splutter the whole garam masala and then add the gravy. 5) Boil till the gravy thickens and then add the chicken pieces.
