Moong delight

Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moong
1 cup fresh curds
4 tsp. sweet and sour chutney
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped onions
A little seed powder
2 tsp. oil
Salt and chili powder according to taste

Method:
1.Heat the oil, add the moong, 1/2 teacup of water and salt.
2.Cover and cook on a low flame until the moong is soft.
3.Beat the curds with a pinch of salt.
4.To Serve - Spread the hot moong on a serving plate.
5.Top with the beaten curds, the chutney, tomatoes, onions, /var/www/hin seed powder, chili powder and salt.
6.Serve immediately.
