Maysore Pak

Ingredients :
sugar 1 cup
Basen flour 1 cup
Ghee or refined oil 3/4 cup
Method :
1-Take sugar in a container and add water and boil it, When half boiled add 1/4 cup of ghee and stir it, When the sugar syrup comes out like threads add basen flour to it, and stir well ,
2-Add the remaining ghee to it, Actually real mysore pak should come three yellow colors, And pores should be their on the surface, when the mixture comes out from the bottom of the vessels,
3-Pour the mixture on the plate greased with ghee, And cut it in to horizontal and vertical straight lines. enjoy.
