Preparation time: 10 mins Ingredients: Meat: 250 gms Kasoori methi: 1 ts Turmeric: 1/2 ts Dried raw mango powder: 1/2 ts Red chilly powder: 1/2 ts Salt: 3/4 ts Sugar: 1/2 ts Mustard oil: 2 tb Water: 1/2 cup Coriander: 1 tb The Steps: Pre - Preparation : Chop the coriander. Preparation : 1) Cut the meat into small pieces. 2) Mix the meat with all the ingredients and pressure cook; till boiled 3) Garnish with chopped coriander and serve. 4) Instead of mango powder, curd can also be used.
