Mango Lassi

Ingredients:
Fresh mango: 1 cup
Orange juice: 1/2 cup
Clear honey: 3 tb
Rich milk: 2 cup
Rose petals: 1 pinch (optional)
The Steps:
Pre - Preparation:
Dice the mango and chill the orange juice and milk.
Preparation :
1) Combine mango, orange juice and sweetener in food processor.
2) Blend for 1 1/2 mins.
3) Pour milk into processor and process till it has expanded and become frothy.
4) Add the mango puree.
5) Process for about a minute.
6) Pour into chilled glasses.
7) Garnish with the rose petals if so desired.
8) Serve immediately.

Left - Over Ideas :
To give the lassi a variation, put a scoop of mango ice-cream into the glass, garnish with rose petals and mango pieces.
