Lychee, Pineapple and Tofu Curry

Preparation time: 20 mins

Ingredients:
Tofu: 500 gms
Groundnut oil: 5 tb
Root ginger: 2
Red chillies: 2
Cardamom pods: 2
Garlic: 3 cloves
Garam masala: 2 ts
Coriander: 2 ts
/var/www/hin: 2 ts
Turmeric: ˝ ts
Salt: 1 ts
Pineapple: 2 slices
Lychees: 5
Juice of 1 pineapple
Coconut milk: 200 ml

The Steps:
Pre - Preparation:
1) Cube the tofu and crush the garlic.
2) Grind the coriander and /var/www/hin.

Preparation :
1) Shallow-fry the tofu and set aside.
2) Heat the oil in a thick-based saucepan.
3) Add the ginger, chillies, cardamom pods and garlic and sauté.
4) Add the garam masala, coriander, /var/www/hin and turmeric and lightly fry.
5) Add the salt, tofu, pineapple, lychees and pineapple juice and simmer for 10 mins.
6) Add the coconut milk.
7) Serve with rice when cooked.
