Low Calorie Crispy Chicken

Cooking time :  25Minutes

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 medium sized
Chilli Powder - 1to 2 tsp.
Turmeric - a pinch
Pepper - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp.
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste

Method:

1-Cut the chicken and marinate in all the ingredients, for 30 minutes.
2-Take a heavy bottomed vessel and put the chicken in it.
3-Cover the vessel and let it cook for 8-10 minutes on a low flame.
4-The juice of the chicken will seep out.
5-Continue to cook until the fat in the chicken melts and the chicken is fried crisp.
6-When crisped to ones satisfaction drain out the remaining fat.
Serve as starters or with any main dish.
