Liver Masala

Serves : 2-4
Ingredients :
chicken kalegi 1/2 kg
onion 3-4 chopped
red chillie crushed 1 tbsp
/var/www/hin powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
salt to taste
ginger paste 1tsp
garlic 1 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
haldi a pinch
oil
tomato 4 chopped
green chillies 3-4 finely chopped
hara dhaniya finely chopped
tomato paste 2 tbsp
Method:
1-Sub se pehle aik pateeli main pani ko boil kare aur us mein chicken kalegi ko dal dein, jub thore se boil aajaye to chicken kalegi ko paani se nikaal le, kalegi ke chote chote tukre karle.
2-Aik pateeli mein onion dale, us ko light brown kare phir us mein ginger garlic paste dale ,phir us mein red chillies, salt, /var/www/hin powder, coriander powder, haldi dal ker thora bhoon lein phir us mein tomato aur tomato paste dal ker thora bhoone .
3-Ab us mein thora pani daal ker kati hoi kalegi daal dein, aur medium heat per thori der pakaye phir us ka paani khushk ker lein aur us mein garam masala daal dein ,hara dhaniya aur green chillies se garnish karle.
4-Mazedar liver masala naan ke saath khaye.
