Lemony Fish With Capsi

Serves 4
Ingredients:
fish - 500gms ( 8-9, 2" pieces) - preferably fillet
capsi/var/www/hs -2 sliced (green or yellow or red or a mixture of all three )
large onion -1 sliced
cloves garlic - 6-7 - chopped fine
lemon juice - 4 tbsp
ajwain or oregano powder - 1/2 tsp
jeera (/var/www/hin) powder - 1 tsp
pepper - 1-11/2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
water - 1 cup
cornflour - 1 tsp
Method:
1-In a large nonstick pan combine water, lemon juice, salt, pepper, /var/www/hin powder, ajwain powder, garlic & sliced onion.
2-Cover & cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or till onion is tender. Add fish.
3-Cover & cook medium heat for 5-7 minutes or till fish is done.
4-Remove fish to a serving dish with a slotted spoon. To the pan add capsi/var/www/h.
5-Cook for 1- 2 minutes or till tender crisp. Add 1 tsp cornflour dissolved in 1-2 tbsp water.
6-Give one boil.
Pour sauce over fish & serve hot.
