Ingredients :
mince meat 1 k.g
tomato 1 k.g
onion (chopped) 2
ginger & garlic paste 2 tea spoon
salt as taste
red chillies as taste
pissa garam masala 1 tea spoon
Method
1-Tomato ko 3 cup water mila kar boil kar len ,jab tomato boil ho jayen to us ka chilka utar den.
2-Ab boil tomato ko ussi water samet (jis water main boil kiya tha) grander main pees len ,aik karahi main tomato paste ko dall den
3-Ab is main apney taste k mutabiq salt & red chillies add karen. aur slow heat per pakney rakh den.
4-Ab qeema main chopped onion, salt, red chillies, garam masala, & ginger, garlic paste daal k us k oval shape kay kabab bana len ,tomato paste jab thora thick ho jaye to us main kabab daal den aur phir us ko pakney den.
5-Jab kabab gal jayen aur masala thik ho jaye to us main bhigar lagana hai..

oil half cup
fry pain main oil garam karey,phir is main blake pepper powder dal kay bhagar salan per laga den..
last main garnishing k liye green dhania daal den.
