Khattye Chanye

Ingredients :
Half kg white chanay bhigay huye.
3 Chopped tomatoes.
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tbsp garam masala
1 teaspoon safed zeera
1 teaspoon dhania pisa hua
half teaspoon haldi
half cup anardana
7 Chopped green chillis
half cup Imli ka ras
salt to taste
FOR BHAGAR:
6 sabit lal mirch
kala namak chutki bhar
half cup oil
Method :
1-Chanon mein 6 piale pani aur saray masalay dal kar halki anch per paknay dein 3 ghante ke bad jab chanay gal jayen to imle aur anar dana aur imli ka ras mila kar mazeed adhay ghante tak pakaen 2-aur pani khuskh kar dein aur lal mirch aur bhagar kar dein. hara dhania aur hari mirch se garnish kar dein.
