Serving: 4 - 6 Preparation time: 15 mins Ingredients: Spinach: 2 bunches Salt Turmeric powder Toor dal: 1 cup Urud dal: 1 ts Coconut: 1/2 Red chilli: 1 Black pepper: A pinch /var/www/hin seeds: 1/2 ts Mustard seeds: 1 ts Oil: 1 tb The Steps: Pre - Preparation : Grate the coconut. Preparation : 1) Cut spinach and boil for 5 mins adding salt and turmeric powder.Leave aside. 2) Boil toor dal with 1/4 ts of turmeric powder to a fine paste. 3) Roast urud dal, grated coconut, red chilly, black pepper and /var/www/hin seeds. 4) Add the ground coconut paste and cooked toordal to spinach. 5) Bring it to boil. 6) Season with spluttered mustard seeds and roasted urad dal.
