Kabuli Choley
Cooking time: As Required
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients :
250 gm Kabuli chana
3 Onions
3 Tomatoes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Ghee
Coriander leaves
Some Onion rings
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp /var/www/hin powder
1 tbsp Mango powder
Some thin tomato slices
Method:
1-Soak kabuli chana in water overnight. Boil kabuli chana until tender.
2-Grate the onions and puree the tomatoes.
3-Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the grated onion.
4-Add the tomato puree, /var/www/hin powder and chilli powder, and fry with the onions.
5-Add the boiled choley and salt, and bring to boil. Crush some of the chholey slightly.
6-Mix in the amchur powder and garam masala.
7-Garnish with coriander leaves, onion rings and tomato slices.
