Kabab


Cooking time: As Required

Ingredients :

4 bread slice
1.5 kg keema
5 tsp soya souse
3 tsp chilli souse
salt as a taste
green leaves as a taste
2/3 green chilllies
vegetable oil

Method:

1-take a bowl & put salt, chilli souse ,soya souse ,keema , green leaves ,cut the green chilllies & then put in keema & take the slice & cut their sides & cut with hand & put in keema & mix all the ingredients together put it at least 1 hour.
2.take a pan put some oil & heat it. & become that keema like a kabab & deep it in oil. Fry atleat2 minutes or the kabab become lite brown.
3.And then serve in plate.
