Cooking time: As Required

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients :
1 kilo beef keema
garlic and ginger paste 3 TBsp
kacha papaya 3 STsp
siekh kabab packet 1
2 medium size onion oil2cookingtable sp

Method:
1-Chooped 1 onion with keem and put all things in it. then marinate it for 3 hours.
2-Then cut another onion and fry it in oil, then put qima and cook for 30 min till it get ready.
3-Then heat the koyila and put it in the qima for few min so that it gave nice smell. sever it with parathas.
