Colorful Jelly Cup
Cooking time : 1/2 hour
Serves 5-6
Ingredients:
2 tsp. jelly crystals (lemon or pineapple)
3 tbsp. water boiling hot
1 tsp. cabbage finely shredded
1 tbsp. shell macaroni boiled
1 small carrot grated
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla icecream
Method:
1-Mix jelly crystals and sugar in water till dissolved.
2-Set in a bowl, till semi solid. Break with a fork.
3-Mix with all other ingredients, except icecream.
4Set in either individual rinsed mould or individual serving transparent bowls.
5-Place in refrigerator till set.
Chill , top with ice cream blobs and serve.
