Coconut Beans
Cooking time: 30 Minutes
Serves : 4
Ingredients :
250 gms French beans
2 tbsp grated fresh Coconut
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp /var/www/hin seeds
2 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp urad daal (optional)
2 Curry leaves
2 tsp oil
Few Coriander leaves
Method :
1-Boil the beans in water, adding salt to it and keep aside.
2-Chop the green chillies to a paste.
3-Now heat the oil in a pan and season it with mustard seeds, /var/www/hin seeds, urad daal and curry leaves. Then add the green chillies paste and mix.
4-Now put the beans in it, cover simmered for 2 minutes.
5-Add the grated coconut to it and mix well.
6-After one minute switch off the gas.
7-Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or rice.
