Serves 4
Ingredients:
Murmura - 1.5 lbs
Small Onion - 1
Carrot - 20
Tomato - 2
Green chillies
Coriander leaves- 1/2 bunch
Curry leaves - 5 to 6
Peanuts, Cashews - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp.
Method:
1-Cut onion finely into small pieces. Grate carrots.
2-Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
3-Finely grind Green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves in a blender.
4-Roast Peanuts and Cashews in a drop of oil till golden brown.
5-Take and large bowl, put all the ingredients, add murmura and salt. Mix them well.
