Choti boti ka Ghost

Ingredients :
Dice beef 1 kg
Yogurt (dhai) 2 cups
Salt according to taste
red chillies powder
Dhuniya powder
garlic paste,
ginger paste,
6-8 tomatoes
some fresh coriander leaves
Oil
Method
1-Tomatoes ka grinder main paste bana laien.
2-Ghost mai red chillies power, yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, mix kar kay 2 hours kay liyae fridge main rukh dain.
3-Ab kisi pan main oil garam karien , phir timatar ka paste dal dein ab fridge mai rakha howaa ghost dal dein 40 to 45 minutes paka lain and fresh hara dhaniya uper say dal dain.
4-Now serve with fresh naan.
