Chilli Paneer
Cooking time : 20-25 Minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
125 gms Paneer
1½ tsp Soya sauce
1tblspn Chili sauce
2 tblspns Tomato sauce
4-5 Green chilies (slit)
4-5 flakes Garlic (crushed)
¼ tspn Sugar
!/2 tspn Salt
¼ tspn Pepper pwd
1 tspn Coriander (chopped)
Batter
1½ tblspns Corn flour
1½ Tblspns Refined flour
½ tspn Salt
Method:
1-Make a batter with just enough water to coat the paneer with. Cut the paneer into ½" strips.
2-Dip in the batter and fry a golden brown colour.
3-Heat 2 tblspns oil, fry green chilies and garlic for ½ a minute. Lower heat.
4-Add salt, pepper and sugar. Add soya chili and tomato sauces.
5-Add 2 tblspns of water. Add paneer, mix well. Garnish with coriander.
