Chicken with Ginger

Cooking time :  28  minutes

Serves  4-6

Ingredients:
Chicken (Murgh) (cut into small pieces) 1 kilogram
Oil (Tayl) 1 cup
Onions (Pyaaz) sliced 1/2 cup
Ginger Powder Julienne 4 tablespoon
Garlic Powder paste 1 teaspoon
Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) grounded 6 count
Chilli Powder powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon

Method:

1-Marinade the chicken with garlic paste, salt and grounded green chillies.
2-Heat the oil and fry onions till brown.
3-Slightly fry the ginger julienne.
4-Add the marinated chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
5-Add the remaining ingredients and ½ cup of water.
6-Cook until the meat is done.
7-Garnish with ginger julienne and chopped Fresh Coriander leaves/ Parsley.
