Chicken pie
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1cup=boiled chicken (shreded)
1cup=cabbage (shreded)
1cup=carrot(shreded)=
1 small=onion (chopped)
2-3green chillies (chopped)
1cup=cheese (shreded)
1/2 packet=cream
1/2 tsp-saltor to taste
1/2 tsp=black peper
Method:
1-Take a bowl and add all ingredients in it ,add only 1/2 cup of cheese in it mix the batter well .
2-Take a greesed baking tray and pour the mixture in it ,
3-sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over it and
4-bake this batter in oven for about 10 mins in a preheated oven at 160 c.
5-U can check whether its cooked or not by pinching a tooth pick
init if no remains of cream struck to it then its properly cooked.
take it out from baking tray it will look like as cake .
