Chicken Bon Bon

Cooking time: 20  Minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:
Chicken
2 cups coarsely cut
Salt use as required
Cu/var/www/hber 2 nos
Soya sauce 1 tbspn
Sesame oil 3 tbspns
Sesame seeds 1 tspn
Red chillies 3 nos
Vinegar 1 tbspn
Black pepper corns 1 tspn crushed
Sugar 1 tspn powdered
Spring onions 1 tbspn chopped
Ginger 1 tspn chopped


Method:

1. Cook the chicken in sufficient water till it is done. Drain and shred the chicken with the fingers.
2.Cut the cu/var/www/hber into half length wise. Remove the seeds and cut the cu/var/www/hber into half.
3. Divide the halved cu/var/www/hber into length wise pieces approximately 1 inch in thickness. Keep aside.
4. Grind the red chillies in a blender along with the vinegar to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
5. Prepare the bon bon sauce by mixing in a basin the sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt ,soya sauce, ginger, sugar, red chilly paste, crushed pepper corns and the spring onions.
6. Mix thoroughly .
7. Arrange the chicken pieces in a bowl. Surround with the cu/var/www/hber pieces.
8. Pour the bon bon sauce on top of the chicken.
