Cauliflower Cooked in Yoghurt and Tandoori Masala

Cooking time: 30 Minutes

Serves : 4

Ingredients :
4 cups cauliflower florets
Oil
1 tsp /var/www/hin (zeera) seed
1 inch piece sliced ginger
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
4 green chillies, sliced
MARINADE
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup tomato past
2 tsp tandoori masala powder
salt to taste

Method :

1-Mix together the ingredients of the marinade. Leave aside for 10 mins.
2-Heat oil, splutter the /var/www/hin seed. Add the marinated cauliflower along with the marinade.
3-Cook until the cauliflower is cooked, Dry out the liquid.
4-Serve garnished with ginger, green chillies and chopped coriander. Serve hot with roti OR paratha.
