Bread Bonda

Cooking time: 20-30 Minutes

Ingredients :
Bread (plain)- 1 pack,
Potato- 2,
Carrot- 2,
Peas- 1/4 kg, Onion- 2,
Green Chillies- 4-5

Method :

1-Boil the vegetables and mash it. Fry cut onions and green chillies in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. 2-Add the mashed vegetables and add salt. Make small balls.
3-Cut the bread slices in a triangle shape. Keep aside warm water in a bowl with little salt added to it.
4-Take each portion of the bread soak it in the salt water and gently drain the water from break by placing it in your palm.
5-Place the veg. balls in the middle and make it into a ball.
6-Deep fry this in cooking oil until it becomes golden brown.
7-Serve hot with Tomato Sauce or Ketchup / Coriander Chutney
