Ingredients:
Vegetable oil: 1 tb
Fresh ginger root: 1 1/2 pcs
Garlic: 4 cloves
Curry or bay leaves: 15
De-boned meat: 1 lb
Garam masala: 2 ts
/var/www/hin: 1 ts
Turmeric: 3/4 ts
Cayenne pepper: 1/4 ts
Fresh hot green chilly: 1
Salt: To taste
Black pepper
Fresh lemon juice: To taste

The Steps:
Pre - Preparation:
1) Mince the ginger and garlic.
2) Cut the meat into 1Grind the /var/www/hin, black pepper and turmeric.
3) Finely slice the chilly with seeds.

Preparation :
1) Medium-heat oil.
2) When oil is hot, put in the ginger, garlic and curry leaves.
3) Stir once or twice and turn heat to medium low.
4) Now add garam masala, /var/www/hin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, green chilly and salt.
5) Stir.
6) Add 3/4 cup water, cover pan and cook gently for 50 mins before uncovering and boiling down the liquid.
7) Stir in lots of freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice.
8) Alternately you can use a pressure cooker and after adding all the ingredients except the black pepper and lemon juice, add 2 tb of water and cover and bring up the pressure.
9) Lower heat and cook under pressure for 15 mins.
10) Remove from heat and reduce pressure quickly with cool water.
11) Remove cover and cook uncovered to reduce liquid and brown meat a bit.
12) Continue with lemon and black pepper.
