Serving: 8 Preparation time: A few hrs Ingredients: Chicken: 1 kg Garlic: 12 cloves Cloves: 4-5 Cinnamon: 2 inch Green cardamoms: 4 Turmeric powder: 1 ts Whole red chillies: 20 Yogurt: 1/2 cup /var/www/hin seeds: 1 ts Mustard oil: 2 tb Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup The Steps: Pre - Preparation : Chop the coriander. Preparation : 1) Clean and wash the chicken, cut into large pieces. 2) Peel garlic. 3) Soak red chillies in lukewarm water for ˝ an hour. 4) Grind together garlic, red chillies, cloves, green cardamoms, cinnamon and turmeric powder to a fine paste. 5) Apply the prepared masala and salt to the chicken and keep it to marinate for 2 hrs. 6) Heat oil in a kadhai, add /var/www/hin seeds, when they crackle add the marinated chicken and sauté on high heat. 7) When all the moisture has evaporated, add beaten yogurt, add a little water and continue cooking on high heat. 8) Cook till all moisture has evaporated and chicken has cooked. 9) Adjust salt and stir-fry till the masala coats the chicken. 10) Serve hot, sprinkled with coriander leaves.
