Banana Roll

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves 3-4

Ingredients:
1 cup Banana (boiled and mashed)
1 tsp. Butter
Cardamom to taste (powder)
¼ cup Cashews (chopped and fried in ghee)
¼ cup Coconut (grated)
3 tbsps. Sugar
½ cup All Purpose Flour
Vegetable Oil for frying
2 drops Vanilla Extract

Method:
1-Mix first 7 ingredients into a dough and shape into finger size 2 inches long rolls.
2-Prepare the batter with flour and water.
3-Mix briskly with hot vegetable shortening.
4-Dip the rolls in the batter and deep fry.
5-Drain when golden brown.
6-Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.
