Banana Purees 

Cooking time : 25  Minutes

Serves2

Ingredients:
Bananas - 1 or 2
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Jaggery - 3/4th cup or 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water
Oil
ghee for frying

Method:

1-Mash the sweet/over ripe banana into a pulp and add the grated jaggery to it.
2-Add little salt and a pinch of soda. Add the wheat flour to the mixture and prepare the dough.
3-Little water can be added to make the dough.
4-Roll into small purees (little thick, like the regular purees) and deep fry till the purees puff up brown.
Excellent way of saving the over-ripe Bananas!
