Banana Idli

Cooking time : 25 Minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas-mashed,
½ wati coconut finely grated,
1 cup water a pinch of soda bicarb,
3/4 wati roasted rava
Method:

1-Mix all the ingredients well to form batter.
2-Fill the idli dishes with this batter and steam 15-20 minutes.
3-Serve with ghee. (Add little sugar to batter if you like it sweet).
