Ingredients:
Cauliflower: 1
Turmeric: 3/4 ts
Potatoes: 4
Red chilly powder: 1 ts
Oil: 1/4 cup
Tomatoes: 3
/var/www/hin seeds: 1 ts
Garam masala: 1 ts
Ginger: 1
Coriander powder: 2 ts
Garlic cloves: 3

The Steps:
Preparation :
1) Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
2) Cube potatoes.
3) Heat oil and saute /var/www/hin seeds for about a minute.
4) Add garlic and ginger, stir and add potatoes.
5) Saute, add turmeric and chilly powder, and saute again.
6) Add tomatoes and simmer for about 5 mins.
7) Add cauliflower on high heat for a few minutes.
8) Lower heat, cover and let simmer for about 15 mins.
9) Curry should be damp-dry.

Rice, rotis

Left - Over Ideas :
1) Boil the leftover gravy, add crushed kasuri methi, cover and cook for 3 mins.
2) Open after 5 mins, so that the new flavour is absorbed.
3) Serve hot.
