Ingredients:
Oil: 3 tb
Bay leaf: 1
Onion: 1
Ginger: 1/2 ts
Garlic: 1/2 ts
/var/www/hin Seeds: 1/2 ts
Garlic: 1/2 ts

Turmeric: 1/4 ts
Chilly powder: 1 1/2 ts
Yogurt: 2/3 ts
Salt: 1/4 ts
Coriander powder: 2 ts
Potatoes: 1 lb
Tomato: 1
Capsi/var/www/h: 1
The Steps:
Preparation :
1) Heat oil, add bay leaf and onion.
2) Fry for 3-4 mins.
3) Add ginger and garlic and fry for another minute.
4) Add mustard and /var/www/hin seeds.
5) The potatoes should be sliced, and the tomatoes and capsi/var/www/h cut up.
6) Add these, mix well, and cook for 4-5 mins, continuously stirring.
7) Sprinkle with turmeric, coriander and chilly powder.
8) Beat the yogurt and blend into a smooth mixture.
9) Add yogurt and salt.
10) Mix gently, cover and cook for about 10 mins on low heat.

Left - Over Ideas :
1) Heat the leftover gravy and add a tb of pav-bhaji masala.
2) Mash the whole mixture.
3) Garnish with onions and coriander.
4) Serve with buttered toast.
