Allo Bukara Chicken
Cooking time: As Required
Ingredients :
1.chicken (boneless)
2.green onions.
3.tumeric.
4.red chilli powder.
5.kasoori methi.
6.zeera powder.
7.allo bukara chutney.
8.salt for your taste.
Method:
1.cut chicken in to cube pieces.
2.in a bowl put chicken and then add zeera powder, green onions, kasoori methi, turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and allo bukara chutney
*ALLO BUKARA CHUTNEY:
a. soak the allo bukara in a separate bowl unless it becomes soft and mashy
b. when it is very soft take the seed of it and mix it well so it becomes mashy and soft.
3.after adding allo bukara chutney keep it for marination for 30 minutes.
4.in a fry deep pan put very little amount of oil and fry the chicken for sometime.
5.and then after frying mix the gravery which was kept for marination add that mixture to the pan.
6.and then steam it for 5 to 10 minutes
